The training introduces process management and the basic tools of Lean Six Sigma, giving participants a stronger understanding of processes, enabling them to provide meaningful support in achieving their organization’s overall objectives. 

The program is customized such that participants will be able to integrate the Six Sigma tools with Lean if they are planning to implement an improvement project. 

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program of study is intended to develop technical leaders that are capable of propelling their respective organizations toward best-in-class status by reducing costs, improving cycle times, eliminating defects, eliminating variation and significantly increasing customer satisfaction.

This course is aligned with ASQ Body of Knowledge (BoK), a global standard for Lean Six Sigma Certifications. 

1. Communicate using Lean Six Sigma concepts.
2. Think about your organization as a collection of processes, with inputs that determine the output. 
3. Relate Lean Six Sigma concepts to the overall business mission and objectives. 
4. Understand and apply the five step D-M-A-I-C model as a framework to organize process improvement activity.
5. Employ your Lean Six Sigma skills to lead a successful process improvement project delivering meaningful results to the organization.

This Lean Six Sigma training covering the complete ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge (BoK), a global standard for Lean Six Sigma Certifications.

1. Enable achievement of significant organizational results and business outcomes.
2. Demonstrate working knowledge of the major methods, tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma.
3. Learn how to lead a team through the DMAIC method and train team members on the steps, outputs, tools, and approaches.
4. Describe and apply advanced statistical tools in support of the DMAIC method, define project team roles, and responsibilities.
